The Seller will be transferring 100% of their owned mineral rights associated with the Farm to the new Buyer(s). Tracts 4 and 5 have producing oil wells and the Seller will be transferring 100% of their owned mineral rights related to such wells to new Buyer(s) of the portion of the Farm subject to the applicable leases therefor.
